Return & Exchange Policy
For products purchased through partner sites, such as amazon.com, you must contact the partner site to determine their return policy.

You may return most new, unopened items purchased on shop.cfohealth.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping charges).

You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning a product. Any item returned without a RMA will only be refunded at our discretion. You may request a RMA by email at shop@cfohealth.com.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

All returns will be inspected before a refund is issued. The refund amount will be based upon the condition of the product when returned. Opened, partially used or damaged products could result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Any return rejected by us may be claimed by the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Most refunds are fully refunded to the original form of payment within 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

If you received a damaged or defective product, you must contact us to request a RMA. If approved, we will ship a replacement product at no charge.

Rejected returns are held for 7 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense, will be discarded.
